Hi There,

I am Viktorija (Victoria), a Product Designer interested in making products inclusive and processes optimized.

I have contributed to agile teams in all areas of product: from research, to design, to basic web development and testing.

My current focus is product design and UX/UI design. I love brainstorming sessions and creating work that can be transformed but is also transformative.

Latest Role

In my latest role at Canadian Institute for Health Information, I work on large-scale projects that have a great impact on decision-making within the Canadian healthcare system.

My day to day consists of gathering requirements, planning, designing, and cross-functional alignment. I am also involved in change management for process updates, training for Junior UX positions, and design system architecture.

Next Role

In my next role, I am hoping to work as a Product Designer in a thoughtful product team where I can continue to learn and grow.

When I am not working, I am always involved in a learning-by-doing adventure. I like painting (see some of my paintings below) and as of latest making nature videos. Other than that, I like to be amongst the trees and under the stars searching for inspiration for my latest projects.
